Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and transferring calls appropriately
- Greeting and signing in guests of the firm
- Receiving, scanning and distributing a high volume of incoming mail and packages
- Maintain the front desk and reception area
- Additional administrative tasks to include copying, filing etc
- Support the overall team process
- A bubbly and friendly personality
- Must be comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Must possess excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Previous experience in a busy law or accounting firm or other professional environment preferable
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite required
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time management skills extremely important
- Must be a self-motivated team player committed to excellence in the workplace
