- Running your own portfolio of intermediaries
- Negotiating rates and maintaining relationships with underwriters
- Assisting with complex claims where necessary
- Answering and advising clients on cover
- At least 3 years Account Manager experience
- At least 5 years customer service experience
- Previous experience managing a portfolio of customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
