Administrative Assistant

We are seeking experienced administrative assistants for to join various financial planning firms around Greater Brisbane. Our clients are well established financial planning firms who are experiencing high levels of growth.

The Role
  • Work closely with Financial Planners
  • Appointment booking and note taking
  • Liaise with clients and provide a high level of service
  • Other general office duties including answering and directing phone calls, and diary management

About you
The ideal candidate will posses the following skills and attributes:
  • Ideally 1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with all areas of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Business administration certificate highly regarded
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Experience in data entry
