The Role
- Work closely with Financial Planners
- Appointment booking and note taking
- Liaise with clients and provide a high level of service
- Other general office duties including answering and directing phone calls, and diary management
About you
The ideal candidate will posses the following skills and attributes:
- Ideally 1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience with all areas of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Business administration certificate highly regarded
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Experience in data entry
