As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims for our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in assessing the validity of claims, determining coverage, and ensuring timely resolution. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation as a trusted insurance provider.
- Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine coverage, validity, and potential liability
- Gather necessary documentation, such as accident reports, medical records, and witness statements
- Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and legal professionals to gather information and negotiate settlements
- Evaluate policy terms and conditions to determine coverage and liability limits
- Analyze claims data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities, including correspondence and documentation
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective claims management
- Minimum 2 years experience in General Insurance Claims
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant insurance industry principles and regulatory requirements
