The Role:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of up to 11 accountants and financial professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve service offerings, and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion, cross-selling of services, and client acquisition, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Compliance: Stay updated with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring full compliance and adherence to ethical principles.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members, supporting their professional development and career progression.
About You:
- 8+ years of supervisory, leadership and technical experience to successfully undertake the role
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory and client service skills required.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required.
- High level of competency and confidence in presenting to clients and other stakeholders
- A strong knowledge of tax/business services compliance
- Demonstrable experience and skill in effectively leading and managing a team to achieve and exceed KPI’s
