Due to ongoing success and growth of the business they are currently seeking a number of Inbound Sales and Claims professionals to come on board on a 12 month contract basis (claims and inbound sales - separate positions)

- Ongoing growth of business due a high number of additional members
- Working across Victorian Health Insurance policies
- Processing and reviewing all claims (via phone/email or mail)
- Inputting of all information/data
- Contacting members around their claims (if necessary)
- Highly administration based
- Attending to all inbound inquiries from potential new members
- Understanding the customers requests and needs
- Advising suitable cover over the phone
- Processing applications and inputting of all information
- Providing exceptional level of customer service
- Experience in a customer service or phone based environment (essential)
- Previous experience dealing with administrative or claims duties
- Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in either an insurer or industry experience within a Health Insurance space is desired but not essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
