- Attending to all inbound inquiries from potential new members
- Understanding the customers requests and needs
- Advising suitable cover over the phone
- Processing applications and inputting of all information
- Providing exceptional level of customer service
- Work as part of a high performing team
- Experience in a Sales phone based environment for sales (essential)
- Previous experience dealing with administrative duties (claims)
- Customer service experience highly desired
- Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in either an insurer or industry experience within a Health Insurance space is desired but not essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
