My client is a great family owned business with multiple sites throughout the South Island.
They are in need of a reception and administration temp to help out for 1-2months starting immediately. The role is full time and they can do hours of 9am to 3pm.
The role includes:
Answering the phones
And if you have accounts receivable experience helping out with invoicing and reconciliations (but not hugely necessary)
Able to work the next couple of months
Experience in reception or administration or both.
Experienced in Microsoft Office software
