The firm has a flat structure, made up of collaborative and experienced professionals, all of whom know what they need to do.
The role is based on offering support and advice to clients, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management as all of their compliance is contracted out.
Being CA qualified is not a pre-requisite, however, the ability to communicate with clients professionally and with confidence is a must. In addition, business development skills would also be an advantage, as bringing in additional work will be well received and rewarded.
It is also expected that you possess:
- New Zealand CA experience of at least 4 years
- The right to work full time in New Zealand
- A working knowledge of Xero and cloud-based working
- A commitment to personal growth, development and career progression
