Holding responsibility for the following:
- Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Processing weekly payroll
- Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
- Preparing financial statements and management reports
- Data entry – uploading & processing
- Responding to client queries
- Preparing GST Reconciliation and BAS statements
- Experience working within an Accounting Practice is preferable
- Experience working with multiple clients across a vast range of industries
- 3+ years in a Bookkeeping role
- Knowledge of accounting software (Xero / MYOB preferably)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
