Senior Bookkeeper

Experienced Bookkeeper required to join a Professional Services practice based in Brisbane City fringe.  You will be joining a close-knit team, offering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Holding responsibility for the following:

The role:

  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
  • Preparing financial statements and management reports
  • Data entry – uploading & processing
  • Responding to client queries
  • Preparing GST Reconciliation and BAS statements
   
The requirements:
  • Experience working within an Accounting Practice is preferable
  • Experience working with multiple clients across a vast range of industries
  • 3+ years in a Bookkeeping role
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Xero / MYOB preferably)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
