- Lead the Financial Accounting Team to ensure the preparation of all audit work
files is complete in a timely manner - Assist with preparation of all General Purpose Annual Financial Statements for the business, ensuring all Accounting Standard requirements and other statutory reporting requirements are complied with for the Financial Statements
- External reporting
- Managing the Pronto accounting system and being the primary point of contact within the company for Pronto questions
- Management of CAPEX including development projects
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Prepare half yearly tax workpapers and organise preparation of tax return with external advisors
- ABS reporting
- Ad hoc duties
About You
- Required
- 2+ years accounting experience in a commercial setting
- CA or CPA qualification by a recognised board
- Able to work unsupervised and take initiative on tasks
- Can do attitude
- Desirable
- Experience with Pronto
- Experience in mining industry
