Office Administrator - Chartered Accounting firm
Join a supportive & collaborative Chartered Accounting firm as an Office Administrator. I am looking for a personable candidate to compliment their friendly team.
- Full Time, office based
- Salary dependent on experience
- Modern and vibrant office based in Parramatta
Responsibilities - + Answering the phones and greeting clients on the front desk
+ Handle Client Queries & Correspondence professionally
+ Assisting with various ASIC and ATO matters, including ATO lodgement program
+ Assisting with the firm’s workflow
+ Assisting client managers with the clients’ needs including liaising with clients, invoicing and other ad hoc tasks
+ General office administration including assisting with answering phone calls, maintaining firm’s database, procedures, filing, preparing marketing material, office function coordination and other admin duties
Essential Skills and Experience - - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working both independently and as part of a small team
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with integrity, accountability, and transparency
