Responsibilities
- Actioning incoming and outgoing mail
- Reception cover
- Maintaining database
- Providing general administration support to the managers and administration team
- Appointment booking and meeting room management
- Assisting clients and staff with queries
- Document management and preparation
- Collation and lodgement of tax returns and BAS
- TFN and ABN applications
- Regular dealings with the ATO
- ASIC and Corporate secretary functions - annual statements, change in details, share transfers
- General administration duties such as booking appointments, banking, deliveries, scanning documents, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment etc.
- 1-2 years previous experience in an accounting firm or the professional services industry
- Previous experience with accounting software (XERO, MYOB, APS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be challenged
