The Claims team works in partnership between both the customer and the stakeholders to support claimants through new methods and ideas. Claims officers ensure the claims have been settled and paid out to parties correctly and according to company regulations.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of claims policies and procedures.
- Ensure that insurance issues have been settled efficiently
- Ensure correct and in accordance with company regulations.
- Understand needs to customers and work with stakeholders to find solutions
- Inbound & Outbound phone calls
- Experience managing claims in a brokerage environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Effective time management and excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
