Conor is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Insurance in our Melbourne office, bringing a unique blend of industry and recruitment experience to his role. He spent three years as an Account Executive at an insurance brokerage in Dublin, giving him firsthand insight into the sector he now recruits for. After a year of travelling and living in the USA, Conor moved to Melbourne in May 2023, where he began his recruitment career in the construction industry before joining TAP in March 2025. He’s passionate about helping candidates find their ideal roles and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring process for clients.
Outside of work, Conor is a lifelong sports enthusiast. He’s played both Gaelic football and soccer for years, recently taken up golf, and is a devoted AFL fan—often cheering on Collingwood from the stands. He’s also an avid reader, always looking for his next great book. Conor’s industry knowledge, global experience, and personable nature make him a trusted partner in the insurance recruitment space.
