Dan is a Recruitment Consultant in TAP’s Sydney office, specialising in the placement of Insurance Brokers across New South Wales. After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2023, he began his career in sales back in the UK before moving to Australia in January 2025. He initially embraced the challenge of door to door sales across the suburbs before finding his professional home in recruitment with TAP.
Originally from Manchester, Dan works closely with both clients and candidates to deliver tailored solutions. Since joining TAP, he has channelled his competitive edge and strong communication skills into building lasting relationships and consistently achieving the best outcomes for all parties.
Outside of work, Dan is a passionate sports fan with a particular love for Leeds United, football, cricket, and martial arts. He keeps active through the gym and running, carrying the same energy and determination into his personal life as he does into his recruitment career.
