Darragh has spent over 14 years recruiting in the Irish, Australian, and Caribbean markets.

Beginning his recruitment career within Ireland’s financial services sector, Darragh then moved to Western Australia where he was involved in setting up and running The Andersen Partnership’s office in Perth, leaving as Director with a team of 15.

Darragh returned to Ireland in 2015 to launch their Dublin office, growing that to 20 staff within 5 years and completing an MBO with the other founding Directors and launching Eirkoo in October 2018.

In 2021 Darragh moved to the Caribbean to establish Cantillon; A Life Less Taxing; our offshore recruitment brand. In 2023 Darragh returned to Australia, now based out of Sydney he manages the ANZ TAP offices.
