Ruby is a Recruitment Consultant at Andersen Partnership, specialising in insurance recruitment within the Melbourne market. Originally from Leeds UK, Ruby completed a Business Management with Marketing degree at university before naturally progressing into talent acquisition. This early exposure to recruitment sparked her interest in connecting people with the right opportunities and laid the foundation for her career in the industry.
After moving to Australia, Ruby spent two years working in sales, where she further developed her relationship-building skills, and results-driven approach. She now brings that combined experience in talent acquisition and sales to her role on the insurance desk, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver thoughtful, tailored recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, you’ll find Ruby attending classes like Pilates and exploring some of Melbourne’s best food spots. She loves discovering new restaurants and cafés across the city, embracing everything Melbourne’s vibrant food scene has to offer.
