Tilly is the ANZ Divisional Manager for Insolvency, Restructuring and Audit, specialising in connecting top talent with leading firms across the market. She works closely with both clients and candidates to build long-term relationships and deliver outcomes that genuinely make an impact on careers and businesses.
Prior to moving into recruitment, she spent four years working as an insolvency accountant, giving her a strong, practical understanding of the industry she now recruits into. She then transitioned into a client-facing role as an After-Sales Consultant within a luxury car dealership, where she further developed her commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
Outside of work, she has a strong interest in health and fitness. She has completed a marathon and regularly competes in Hyrox races, and is usually found training for her next event or planning her next challenge.
