Account Manager
Location: Melbourne| Full-Time (2 days WFH)
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + super
Experience Required: 5+ years in insurance broking
We’re partnering with a dynamic and expanding firm that’s looking for an experienced and driven
Corporate Account Manager to step into a well-established portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships and help shape the continued growth and success of the business.

- Work closely with an Account Director and internal teams to support broader business goals
- Develop strong partnerships with carriers to drive value and great results for your clients
About the Role - Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored risk and insurance solutions across complex commercial lines.
- Collaborative, Expert Team: Work alongside a highly skilled team of account and broking professionals, with the support of leadership committed to your success.
- Client Relationship Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organisations, strengthening long-term partnerships and driving retention.

What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience as a Corporate Account Manager, or similar client-facing role managing complex corporate accounts
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (or currently completing)
- Deep knowledge of corporate insurance programs and risk management strategies
- Strong capability in strategic negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and high-level relationship management
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a demanding portfolio and deliver results under pressure
