Position: Client Service Coordinator
Location: Mackay, QLD
Role Overview: As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will coordinate all aspects of client interactions, from initial inquiries to ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the client service team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a client service role, preferably in accounting or finance 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in related area highly regarded 
  • Knowledge of Xero and MYOB is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
