About the role
As the Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the broader team and ensuring client needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with ASIC and ATO matters, including management of the ATO lodgement program
  • Supporting workflow processes and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Assisting client managers with correspondence, invoicing, and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Managing general office administration, including answering calls, maintaining the database, managing procedures, filing, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating office events
About you
We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude. You will have:
  • Previous experience in administration within a Chartered Accounting firm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of integrity and accountability
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
