About the roleAs the Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the broader team and ensuring client needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with ASIC and ATO matters, including management of the ATO lodgement program
- Supporting workflow processes and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm
- Assisting client managers with correspondence, invoicing, and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Managing general office administration, including answering calls, maintaining the database, managing procedures, filing, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating office events
About youWe’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude. You will have:
- Previous experience in administration within a Chartered Accounting firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of integrity and accountability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
