Advisory Manager
We’re partnering with a highly reputable, full service advisory and accounting firm with over 75 years of history supporting Australian businesses. This is a well established mid-tier firm known for its depth of expertise and long term client relationships.
Their offering spans business & strategic advisory, tax, audit, corporate finance, wealth, and more - giving you the platform to work across truly commercial, high value engagements.
The Opportunity
This role is flexible depending on your experience - Manager through to Senior Manager / Associate Director level.
Expect to be:
- Leading client strategy and advisory meetings
- Delivering 3-way forecasting and financial modelling
- Advising on structuring, tax planning, and growth strategies
- Acting as a true business partner to your clients
- Providing end-to-end CFO-style advisory across a large client base
- Managing and mentoring within a team of 25 (with offshore support)
- Stepping into a genuine advisory-focused position, working with a strong portfolio of clients up to $100mill turnover.
This is not a compliance-heavy role - it’s about building relationships and driving real outcomes for clients.
About You - 7+ years’ experience in tax/advisory within public practice
- Strong communication skills - you actually enjoy working with people
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in advisory
- Looking for long-term progression, not just your next move
