Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + super

One of Australia's leading Insurance firms are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality insurance solutions and forging strong client relationships.
  
About the Role
Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. Working alongside another experienced Account Executive, you will lead the delivery of high-standard broking services, including policy renewals, claims management, and strategic business development activities.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a profitable portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and growth
• Provide tailored insurance advice and negotiate with underwriters
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Oversee claims processes and advocate for clients
• Identify new business opportunities and support cross-marketing initiatives

  
About You

• 8+ years experience in insurance broking
• Tier 1 qualified
• Certificate III/IV in Insurance Broking; tertiary qualifications in business desirable
• Proven expertise in commercial lines and claims handling
• A client-focused communicator with exceptional relationship and negotiation skills
