Assistant Manager and play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality accounting and audit services.
About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Lead audits, reviews, and accounting engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on accounting and tax matters.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and internal processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and help drive the firm’s growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For - Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualified.
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in public practice accounting, preferably with audit and business services exposure.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting, tax, and auditing.
- Proven leadership or team management experience.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.
