The Role:

• Plan audit engagements and coordinate training & development.
• Lead a team of auditors, driving performance, fostering professional growth, and ensuring timely delivery of audit assignments.
• Manage external audit engagements from initiation to completion.
• Support tender bids, client proposals, and team performance management.
• Liaise with clients, keeping them updated and managing their expectations.
• Identify risks in audit, engagement, litigation and ethics in an ever-changing environment.
• Finalize and review audits at a high quality for Partner review.

  
About you:

• Minimum 5 years experience in professional services.
• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
• CA/CPA qualified.
• Excellent organizational and client management skills.
• Mid-Tier experience preferred.
• Full work rights in Australia are required.
