BAS Assistant Manager/ Manager
My client currently has an opportunity for a BAS Manager who is looking to progress their career within a very reputable mid-tier firm. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven, with managerial experience within a NZ accounting firm.

About the role - Offering excellent service to a portfolio of complex clientele from a variety of different industries while being the client point of contact
- Timely and accurate completion of tasks including general accounting and taxation/advisory work
- Support work flow, oversee Junior staff and associated review responsibilities
- Opportunities for career and personal growth alongside the company, working closely with the partners
- Building rapport with clients for further progress of business relationships and business development

About you - CA qualification is mandatory, with 7 years of NZ CA experience
- Sound experience dealing with large turnover clients, IFRS exposure ideal but not required
- Proven ability to oversee a team in a fast-paced environment while effectively handling multiple competing priorities
- Cohesive part of a team and a systematic problem solver
