Bookkeeper A leading accounting practice is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team, reporting directly to a Tax and Accounting Director.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of clients and industries. Key responsibilities include:
  • Efficiently performing bookkeeping using online accounting software features
  • Preparing creditor payments and reconciling accounts to the Trial Balance
  • Preparing BAS and other compliance reports for ATO lodgement
  • Processing payroll and payroll tax reporting
  • Preparing management reports
About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an effective Bookkeeper and experience working directly with clients. Key requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping)
  • Strong knowledge of MYOB and Xero, including data entry and payroll functions
  • Experience with third-party applications integrated with cloud accounting software
  • Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise effectively
  • Interest in software solutions and process efficiency
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
