Bookkeeper
A leading accounting practice is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team, reporting directly to a Tax and Accounting Director.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of clients and industries. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently performing bookkeeping using online accounting software features
- Preparing creditor payments and reconciling accounts to the Trial Balance
- Preparing BAS and other compliance reports for ATO lodgement
- Processing payroll and payroll tax reporting
- Preparing management reports
About You The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an effective Bookkeeper and experience working directly with clients. Key requirements:
- Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping)
- Strong knowledge of MYOB and Xero, including data entry and payroll functions
- Experience with third-party applications integrated with cloud accounting software
- Ability to manage a high workload and prioritise effectively
- Interest in software solutions and process efficiency
- Must have full working rights in Australia
