Bookkeeper We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a well-established and collaborative team.

This is a full-time position, ideal for a motivated finance professional who enjoys variety in their work and values a supportive work environment.

About the Role:
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end bookkeeping across multiple accounts
  • Preparation and lodgement of BAS reports
  • Accurate reconciliation of bank, credit card, and loan transactions
  • Managing Accounts Receivable (invoicing) and Accounts Payable (supplier payments)
  • Responding to client queries, issuing adjustments, and handling refunds
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience 
  • Proficiency with accounting software (MYOB, QuickBooks, or Xero)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheet Management
  • Understanding of reconciliations, billing, and payroll processes
