Business Development Manager - NDIS Responsibilities:
• Attract new NDIS Participants for our Support Services, Day Programs & Support Coordination.
• Facilitate recruitment of qualified staff.
• Network and engage with disability sector stakeholders, including Support Coordinators, hospitals, mental health departments, and registered NDIS providers.
• Develop effective engagement strategies.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and relationship-building functions.
• Proactively nurture and manage leads through the customer journey.
• Demonstrate a track record in healthcare business development/growth.
• Utilize an existing client database to drive engagement.
• Work with KPIs and targets to achieve business objectives.
• Convert leads into prospects and manage new relationship opportunities.
• Build community networks to foster customer engagement and inquiries.
• Provide guidance and solutions to participants regarding the NDIS process.
• Deliver ongoing NDIS administration training to staff.
• Ensure services align with participant plans for optimal financial outcomes.
• Drive marketing initiatives through social media and digital channels.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ NDIS industry experience, ideally in a similar role or significant experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator, Local Area Coordinator, or NDIS Plan Manager transitioning to Business Development.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional sales experiences to participants.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly empathetic communication with participants and their families.
• In-depth knowledge of NDIS practice standards and the ability to develop and implement tailored-care plans.
• Strong consultation abilities.
