What to expect: - Working closely with the State Managing Partner
- Reviewing and producing accounting work
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Leading and mentoring a team, ensuring deadlines are met

- Managing a large portfolio of clients across a diverse rang of industries
- You’ll need to multi-task and prioritise work, while providing support to your team as needed
About you: - 7+ years' of experience of experience in Public Practice
- Exceptional knowledge of Australian Taxation Legislation
- CA/CPA or working towards
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a high performing team.
- A track record of providing top notch client service
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-focused firm
- Strong communication, both written and verbally
- Experience in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns.
