Business Services Supervisor
Role Overview Reporting to the Director for Business Services and Tax, you will lead an established team of accountants while delivering high quality advisory solutions to a diverse client portfolio. This role is hands on, combining leadership, technical oversight and strategic client advisory.
Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach and support a team of accountants
• Deliver high level business advisory services to clients
• Review and oversee client work to ensure accuracy and commercial value
• Assist with onboarding and development of new team members
• Provide support to the Director for Business Services and Tax as required
• Contribute to improving systems, processes and client outcomes
Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• CA or CPA qualified
• Five to seven years experience within a chartered accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of modern accounting systems and technology
• Proven experience in a client facing professional services environment
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and best practice
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
