- Associate Advisors | CBD & Inner-East - The Role: You will act as the Right Hand to Senior Advisors, managing the advice cycle for portfolios. This is a high-engagement role involving strategy brainstorming, attending client meetings, and managing post-meeting actions.
- The Pathway: These firms offer documented career roadmaps. You aren't just an assistant; you are an Advisor-in-training with a focus on professional development and FASEA compliance.
- The Fit: Ideal for a Professional Year (PY) candidate or a Post-PY Advisor seeking more sophisticated strategy exposure.
- Senior Paraplanners | CBD x 2 - The Role: Focus on high-complexity advice construction including SMSF, TTR, Gearing, and complex Tax Minimization. You will be responsible for producing high-quality SOAs that are both compliant and highly personalised.
- The Environment: These roles sit within firms that prioritize "Advice Quality" over "Advice Volume." You will have direct access to the Investment Committee and be involved in strategic research.
- The Flexibility: Established hybrid working models (2-3 days from home) are standard.
- Salary: $95k – $115k + Super.
3. Client Service Officers (CSO) | Blackburn, CBD & Inner-East - The Role: You are the face and voice of the practice. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end implementation of advice, coordinating with product providers (Netwealth, Hub24, BT), and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- The Impact: You will own the client relationship from an administrative standpoint, ensuring all registry, insurance, and investment paperwork is executed with 100% accuracy.
- The Growth: Perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience looking to move into a more senior CSO or Practice Management track.
- Salary: $70k – $85k + Super.
