CFO Bookkeeper

As a Bookkeeper in our CFO Advisory team, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, managing their day-to-day financial operations while supporting long-term business outcomes. This is a hands-on role with variety, client interaction, and plenty of scope for career progression.
The Role: - Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing, including superannuation and entitlements
- Bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- BAS, IAS, and GST preparation and lodgement
- Assisting with month-end processes and financial reports
- Supporting cash flow forecasting and budgeting alongside the CFO Advisory team
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records across multiple clients
About You - 3–4 years’ bookkeeping experience (experience in an accounting firm highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of GST, BAS, payroll, and compliance requirements
- Proficient across cloud accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Excellent communicator with the confidence to build strong client relationships
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent qualifications (preferred)
