Job Title: Client Service Administrator (CSA) – Osborne Park

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join a well-established accounting firm in Osborne Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in public practice who is looking to further develop their career in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service, managing calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support accountants with accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping
- Assist with document management – preparing, filing, and maintaining client records
- Support ATO and ASIC compliance and other regulatory tasks
- Help manage deadlines for tax lodgements, BAS submissions, and superannuation
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and appointments for the team
- Provide general team support, assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required: - Previous CSA experience within an accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of ATO and ASIC processes
- Experience with trust accounting (desirable)
- Proficiency with accounting software such as MYOB & Xero
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative team approach
