A well-established financial planning firm is seeking an experienced
Client Services Administrator (CSA) to join their Sydney-based team.
They pride themselves on their supportive, friendly culture and are highly selective in maintaining a positive and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers in a business that truly values quality, professionalism and team collaboration.
The Role? - Support advisers with meeting preparation, research and implementation of advice recommendations.
- Prepare, review and finalise client documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing client portfolio reviews and coordinating review documentation.
- Maintain and manage client data within Xplan.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, processing superannuation and investment paperwork and general administrative duties such as filing and scanning.

The Successful applicant? - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar financial planning support role.
