Client Services Coordinator An exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join a very reputable and consistently growing accounting firm. Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD are searching for an administrator with a positive can do attitude and has previous experience in an accounting administrative role, to join their largest team!

  
The role will be assisting the accountants and the wider team, and will require someone who is self-motivated, uses their initiative and has strong workflow management skills. A good part of the role is interacting with clients so someone who is client focused providing 5* service and always on the lookout to improve the service.
  
The candidate
  • 3 years’ experience in a secretarial, personal assistant or an administrator role in an accounting firm
  • XERO experience will be favorable
  • Excellent attention to detail, great verbal and communication skills as will be dealing with various parties and stakeholders
  • Client focused, strong customer service
  • Very organised and a great multi-tasker
  • Positive attitude - "no task is too small or big"
  • Enthusiastic individual who works well with deadlines
  
The role
  • Build strong client relationships via phone & email, occasionally join client meetings
  • Appointment management with clients as well as client onboarding, off-boarding and maintaining database
  • Setting up of new companies and trustees associated with ABN/TFN/GST etc
  • Assisting with billing/invoicing, including WIP monitoring and invoice drafting
  • Lodgements, including income tax, activity statement and payroll tax
  • Liaising with the ATO to organize lodgement deferrals, payment arrangements, penalty and interest remissions
  • Preparation of ASIC annual review mail out and monitoring due dates & reminders
  • Supporting with induction of new team members and team processes
  • General adhoc tasks and projects
