Client Services Manager About the Organisation:

One of Brisbane's leading accounting and finance firms is expanding, having recently entered into the wealth management space, and is now seeking a qualified Client Services Manager to work closely with one of the firm's busiest Financial Advisers.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone who is eager to pursue paraplanning or financial advisory in the future, as the role has a direct pathway to support through your professional year and beyond! 

Key responsibilities:

• Directly assist one of the key Senior Financial Advisers (clients made up of HNW and pre-retirees)
• Regularly update key clients with progress reports and respond to client inquiries 
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing client reports and maintaining client files (on XPlan)
• Process client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and account transfers
• Keep up-to-date with changes with financial regulatory standards, and ensure all client interactions are compliant with relevant laws/regulations

Skills/Experience:

• At least 3+ years' experience in a Client Services Coordinator role (ideally in a wealth management firm)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative 
• Ability to prioritise workload and reprioritise as new, time-sensitive tasks come through 
• Someone with a genuine interest in career progression 
• Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or Diploma of Financial Planning is highly regarded (but not required)
