A reputable law firm on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with approximately 2–6 years post‑admission experience to join their growing dispute resolution team. This role offers genuine autonomy, high‑quality matters and strong career advancement in a desirable location. The Role You will:
Manage a portfolio of commercial disputes including contract, shareholder, insolvency, construction and property litigation
Draft pleadings, statements of claim/defence, affidavits, settlement documentation and support mediation/arbitration processes
Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters
Mentor junior lawyers, engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the practice
About You You will have:
2–6 years post‑admission experience in commercial litigation (or disputes)
Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage files efficiently, meet deadlines and provide high‑quality client service
Commercially minded, proactive, and looking to grow your career
Australian practising rights or entitlement to work in Australia
