A reputable law firm on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with approximatel 2+ PAE years post‑admission experience to join their growing dispute resolution team. This role offers genuine autonomy, high‑quality matters and strong career advancement in a desirable location.
The Role You will:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial disputes including contract, shareholder, insolvency, construction and property litigation
- Draft pleadings, statements of claim/defence, affidavits, settlement documentation and support mediation/arbitration processes
- Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate with senior lawyers on complex matters
- Mentor junior lawyers, engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the practice
About You You will have:
- 2+PAE post‑admission experience in commercial litigation (or disputes)
- Strong drafting, advocacy and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage files efficiently, meet deadlines and provide high‑quality client service
- Commercially minded, proactive, and looking to grow your career
- Australian practising rights or entitlement to work in Australia
