Commercial Litigation Lawyer | 3+PAE
The Business: The business are a private practise based close to Brisbane CBD, with excellent office facilities. They are long established and are recruiting due to a high volume of work and natural expansion. They have a superb reputation and a very experienced collaborative partner.
The Role: The role will involve working on a range of commercial litigation files. There will be an extremely varied workload and you will be undertaking dispute resolution, mediation, insolvency files on behalf of organisations of various sizes.
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone with 4 years plus PAE experience in Commercial Litigation/Insolvency/Dispute Resolution.
Ideally you will be able to hit the ground running and pick up ongoing cases. There will be plenty of client contact and we are looking for someone who can work fairly autonomously.
This role is a full time role, but there is the possibility of Part Time hours for the right candidate. Also we could look at flexible working hours.
