The Business: This business needs no introduction in the Brisbane market. They have been established for many years, and are growing and developing organically within the Queensland Market. They have National Presence and have a very low staff turn over, possibly due to the fantastic working environment that they offer and the training and development within the business.
The Role:
We are looking for someone to join the thriving property team. There is a space in the team for someone between the stages of rising associate, through to aspiring senior associate. The vacancy has arisen purely due to expansion and the business being extremely busy.
The role offers a highly enviable client base and the opportunity to hit the ground running.
The position will involve working on projects within Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, Leasing, Acquisitions, Disposals, and some Development.
The Candidate: The main criteria is a passion for working within a Commercial Property Team.
We are requiring a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role and are looking for a tenacious and ambitious lawyer, who is looking for an opportunity that will offer longevity and career progression, right through to partner.
The ideal person will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with people at all levels and be able to offer good technical knowledge within commercial property.
