Commercial/ Property Lawyer | 3+ PAE

Based in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, our client is in a process of expansion and searching for an experienced and ambitous Property Lawyer

The Role:
Within this role, you will have the opportunity to progress your skills within Commercial/Property law, collaborating with small to large clients across the state.
You will be responsible for:
- You will be replacing a Senior Lawyer
- Advise clients on property-related matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough due diligence investigations, identify potential risks, and provide strategic advice to protect clients' interests.
- Negotiate and mediate with parties involved in property transactions to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Represent clients in property-related disputes, providing effective advocacy in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Stay updated on evolving property laws and regulations, providing proactive advice to clients and ensuring compliance.
About You:We're not looking to simply fill a position, we're looking for the right fit.
The best suited candidate will posses the following qualities:
- Minimum of 4 Years PAE in Property Law
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively represent clients' interests.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously.
- Client-centric approach with the ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.

- Ability to work within and contribute to a team
