Construction Lawyer – Associate/Senior Associate (2–6+ PAE) Brisbane – Full-time, Permanent A highly respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join its expanding Real Estate & Construction practice in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, advising on major construction projects and infrastructure developments across Australia.
The Role Working directly with senior partners, you will be involved in a diverse range of construction matters including:Advising on front-end contract drafting and negotiation
- Assisting with regulatory compliance and project documentation
- Managing back-end construction disputes
- Supporting infrastructure and property development transactions
- Acting for major developers, contractors, and institutional clients
The firm offers flexibility for lawyers focused on either front-end advisory or back-end disputes, with the opportunity to tailor your workload to your expertise.
About You The successful candidate will bring:
- 2–6+ years post-admission experience in construction law
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
- A collaborative and commercial approach to legal practice
- The ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members
- Strong time management and communication abilities
