The Role Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, off‑the‑plan)
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and settlement documentation
- Coordinating with stakeholders (agents, lenders, clients) and driving transactions to settlement
- Guiding and mentoring junior staff and contributing to team workflow improvements
About You You will have:
- 3+ years post‑admission experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong attention to detail and client‑first orientation
- Able to manage high‑volume matters while maintaining quality output
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational abilities
- Enthusiasm for growing within a supportive team environment
