Conveyancing Paralegal As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist their solicitors with various tasks related to property transactions. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in property law and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to their clients.

What we are looking for:
  • You excel at engaging, empathizing, and communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying life situations.
  • You possess the expertise to manage conveyancing files from initial inquiry to post-settlement.
  • You have strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • You can quickly learn and adapt to new conveyancing software. Familiarity with LEAP, Conveyancing Manager, Matter Centre, or Tri-Convey is a plus.
  • You have an aptitude for learning and improving business processes.
  • You have extensive knowledge of PEXA.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work well under pressure.
  • You have a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask with enthusiasm and energy.
  • You possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
