Conveyancing Lawyer – Associate/Senior Associate 2+ PAE) Gold Coast – Full-time, Permanent A well-regarded Gold Coast law firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its conveyancing team. The role suits a property-focused lawyer eager to work in a high-volume practice while enjoying long-term career progression and leadership opportunities.
The Role You will handle a variety of conveyancing files including:
- Residential property transactions
- Off-the-plan purchases and sales
- Contract drafting, review and negotiation
- Liaising with clients, agents and other stakeholders
- Overseeing paralegal and administrative support staff
This is a client-facing position that offers direct engagement and leadership responsibilities.
About You
To be successful, you will have: - 3+ years’ post-admission experience in conveyancing or property law
- Experience managing a high-volume caseload
- Strong communication, client service and organisation skills
- Ability to lead a team and mentor junior staff
- A results-driven and collaborative mindset
