Corporate Receptionist
An Exciting Opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist within a well-established and professional Accounting Firm located on St Kilda Road in Melbourne! Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Prepare tea, coffee and refreshments for clients as required.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Open, review and process mail, including checking items not sent through ATO Mate.
Check ATO Mate mail and forward to appropriate staff.
Oversee general reception operations and support administration staff.
Administration & Office Support
Typing of letters, documents, and general correspondence.
Prepare signature letters and amend as required.
Binding, formatting, scanning and organising documents.
Perform electronic and physical filing (excluding documents handled by Suni).
Scan bank statements and trust authorities.
Assist with exiting client documentation.
Enter GC timesheets.
Support lodgement processes including ITR, BAS, IAS, and other submissions.
Undertake various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Office & Kitchen Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas.
Stock supplies, operate the dishwasher, and clean appliances including coffee machines and microwave.
Monitor and order office supplies, stationery and staff amenities.
Event & Staff Support
Organise staff lunches for monthly training sessions.
Book restaurants for partners as required.
Coordinate mid-year and end-of-year functions.
Arrange staff birthday cakes and other staff-related events.
Assist with organising firm functions and internal events.
Team Support & Collaboration
Provide assistance to colleagues across various tasks.
Support and oversee reception and administration team members as required.
Hours:
9:30am–2:30pm OR 10:00am–3:00pm OR 10:00am–4:30pm (30-minute break)
