Executive Assistant / Office All-Rounder to join a premier boutique Chartered Accounting and Advisory firm based in the heart of
Melbourne’s CBD. This practice is renowned for providing high-touch, strategic financial advice to a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and business owners across the hospitality, logistics, and legal sectors.
As the right hand to the Managing Partner, you will be the operational "engine room" of the firm, balancing high-level executive support with technical compliance and practice management.
Key Responsibilities - Manage complex diaries, domestic/international travel, and provide high-level inbox triaging for the Managing Partner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate secretarial tasks, including company incorporations, trust establishments, and the management of ASIC annual reviews.
- Oversee the billing lifecycle, including WIP management, debtor follow-up, and the preparation of financial reporting for end-of-month forecasts.
- Utilise Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and CAS360 to ensure all tax and advisory lodgements are tracked and met within strict regulatory deadlines.
- Provide a sophisticated "concierge-style" experience for clients, managing onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and professional correspondence.
Your Profile - 3+ years of experience as an EA or Office Manager within a Professional Services or Chartered Accounting environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAS360, BGL, and the ATO Tax Agents Portal is essential.
- Power-user of Xero (XPM) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive professional who thrives in a boutique setting where no two days are the same and is comfortable "wearing multiple hats" to drive team success.
