Employment & Industrial Relations Lawyer | Senior Associate 3+PAE A specialist employment and industrial relations law practice in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join as a Senior Associate. The role offers the opportunity to work across advisory, strategic and dispute matters for high‑profile clients.
The Role Working directly with senior partners, you will:
- Advise on complex employee relations, safety and workplace strategy matters
- Lead litigation, workplace investigations and enterprise bargaining negotiations
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members
- Develop practice initiatives and contribute to thought leadership in the employment space
About You You will bring:
- 4–6 years post‑admission experience in employment / IR law
- Proven track record in advisory and dispute work
- Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Australian work rights
