Executive Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to their Senior Partner and legal team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks. This role requires a professional who can handle a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our legal practice.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive support to the Senior Partner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage and prioritise email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case files, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Organise and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals on behalf of the senior partner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of firm events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the firm's integrity and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is desirable.
